BASF to Sell Stake in SolVin to Solvay

BASF is selling its 25 percent share in the joint venture SolVin to Solvay. Financial details were not disclosed. In addition, BASF has reached agreements with Solvay and Inovyn to continue to supply BASF’s site in Antwerp with basic chemicals.
